She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Sample and Alma Sample (Taylor); and her brother Sam Sample. She is survived by: her children, Marsha Bower (George) of Dixon and Jim Stuckey (Brenda) of Rock Falls; her grandchildren, Aaron Stuckey, Raymond Portner, Kayla Boyenga, Justin Boyenga, Logan Stuckey and James Stuckey; her great grandchildren, Caden, Claire and Noah; her siblings, Van Jones of Tampa, FL, Evon Jenkins of Tampa, FL, Kay Jones of Tampa, FL and Mary Williams of Tampa, FL; and her sister-in-law Brenda Sample. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
