He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmon Allen and Rose Allen; his sister Gloria A. Cronk; and his aunt Alberta Allen. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Allen of Dixon; his children, Stephanie Butler of Dixon, Pamela Payne (Kevin) of Lawrence, KS, Heather Dingley of Dixon and Chris Allen (Ashley) of Falls Church, VA; and his sister Dolly Kinn (Leon) of Dixon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
