She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Siperly and Phyllis Siperly (Pyse); her brother Mark Siperly; and her stepson Mark Kalata. She is survived by: her husband Greg Kalata of Dixon; and her siblings, Kathy Siperly of Rock Falls, Karen Fortune (Ed) of Sterling and Eric Siperly of Rock Falls. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
