With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Helene Cox of Dixon, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 16, 2024 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Benz and Helen Benz (Kohnen); her husband Charles Cox; and her brother-in-law David Massy. She is survived by: her children, Jim Cox (Suzanne) of Dixon, IL, Trina Kotulek (Walter) of Dixon, IL, Mark Cox (Kathy) of Alton, IL and DeAnn Bennett (Mark) of Winnebago, IL; her grandchildren, Matthew Cox (Diana), Ashley Cox (Bucky Humphrey), Nicholas Cox (Kimberley), Tiffany Kotulek, Erica Hall, Emily Bartels (Joey), Evan Cox (Jennifer Halsted) and Cody Bennett (Aubrey); her sister Alice Massey of Jacksonville, IL; and her niece Renee Delia (Stephen). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
