She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenwood Jackson and Dorothy Dudley (Terry); her grandson Donovan Kyle Fordham; and her great grandchild Rayvn Marie Snider. She is survived by: her husband Richard Bert Fordham, Sr.; her children, Martin L. Fordham (Diana) of Bella Vista, AR, Robert T. Fordham (Lori) of Sterling, Dottie Fordham Love of Stoughton, WI, Richard B. Fordham Jr. (Debby) and Misti L. Fordham of Dixon; and her siblings, Alan Austin, Terry Dudley (Kathy) of Cocoa, FL, Greg Dudley (Candy) of New York, Curtis Jackson, Donna Spann (Bill) of Melburne and Sandi Denny of Maryland. She is also survived by 24 grandkids with spouses included; 38 great-grandchildren.
