She was predeceased by: her parents, Georg Lukas and Barbara Lukas; and her stepson Cleveland Burkitt, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Cleveland Burkitt, Sr.; her children, Albert Hernandez (Debra) of Simi Valley, CA, Raymond Hernandez (Heidi) of Dixon and Erika Hernandez (Alan Brooks) of Dixon; her stepchildren, Scott Burkitt (Linda) of Dixon and Christie Remrey (Bryant) of Dixon; her sister Renate Hahn of Frankfurt, Germany; and her nephew Stefan Hahn of Frankfurt, Germany.. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial has been established.
