Sippel; his children, Heather L. Johns (Troy) and Matthew J. Bowers (Victoria); his grandchildren, Carter, Chloe and Kelvin; and his brother Rick Bowers (Deb A.).
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the Dixon Park District to plant trees or the Dixon Church of the Brethren.
