He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Gray and Hazel Marie Geesey (Olson); his wife Lorraine; and his brother Larry Geesey. He is survived by: his children, Tanya Drezek (Karl) of LeClaire, IA, Heather Koppien II (Mike) of Sterling, IL and Eric Geesey (Shawn) of Birchwood, TN; his stepson Ronald Gladhill (Sandra) of LaSalle, IL; and his sister-in-law Sandra Geesey of Rock Falls, IL.. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A memorial has been established.
