We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2024, at the age of 84, Joyce Ann Rogers of Dixon, Illinois, born in Sterling, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Blackorby and Doris Blackorby (Jacob); her brother William Blackorby; her father-in-law Howard Rogers (Eva); her brothers-in-law, Howard Rogers, Jr., Charles Rogers and Kenneth Sieberns; and her great grandchild Cash Theodore Kenneth Majeski.
She is survived by: her husband Don Rogers; her children, Don Rogers, Jr. (Debra), Bob Rogers (Ronette), Peg Oslay (Ted), Tim Rogers (Kim) and Ted Rogers (Leanne); her sister-in-law Ila Mae Sieberns; and her brother Roy Rogers (Roxie). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
