He was predeceased by: his sister Jane Seigel; and his daughter Susan Schulte. He is survived by: his parents, Henry Louis and Edna Phillipina Wohlstadter (Richars); his sons, David H. (Jan), Daniel W. (Dee), Jack V. Jr. and Scott A. (Rindy); his grandchildren, Erika, Erin Chaput (Damon), Elizabeth Ann, Isabel, Emma, Samantha, Sydney and Travis Mills; his great grandchildren, Madelyn Chaput and Hadley Chaput; his niece Karen Schulte; and also Brittney Mills.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Serenity Hospice in Oregon, IL., or Friendship Room (Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rock Falls, IL.) Upcoming Funeral Services Memorial Service.
