He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Vivian; his wife Priscilla Ragan; his sister Sandy Gipson; his daughter Kimberly Williams; and his grandson Phillip Ranken.
He is survived by: his brothers, Dave Ranken (Gail) of Dixon and Gerry Ranken of Dixon; and his sons, Bill Ranken (Tracy) of Dixon, Mark Ranken (Donna) of Dixon and Brian Ranken (Nicole) of Queen Valley. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
