It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Homer R. Greenwood of Dixon, Illinois, who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Greenwood and Golda Greenwood (Harmon); and his son-in-law Larry June. He is survived by: his wife Barbie Milbrandt; his children, Stephen Greenwood, Bonnie Greenwood (Lisa Nyen), Christopher Greenwood (Lance Mitchell), Matthew Greenwood (Shelley), Denise Hysmith (Mike), Dennis "Butch" Milbrandt (Corrina) and Erin June; his grandchildren, Colby, Shanda, Kaitlund, Cody, Michael, Dominic, Mason, Riley and Austin; his great grandchildren, Vivian, Colson and Lennox; and his siblings, Clem "Lee" Greenwood (Marilyn), Gary Greenwood (Rose), Alice Greenwood and Neal Greenwood. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
