She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Barlow and Madge Barlow (Bates); her husband William F. Midgett; her son Donald "Ike" Frye, Jr.; and her sisters, Dorothy Webster, Betty Near and Lois Doty.
She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Frye (Beverly) of Doniphan, Richard Frye (Dianne) of Dixon, Lewis Frye (Dina) of Dixon and David Frye (Shelly) of Dixon; her brother Edwin, Jr. Barlow (Judy) of Harmony, Maine; and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn of Jonesboro, Ark., Phyllis of Jonesboro, Ark. and Shirley of Jonesboro, Ark.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and twenty great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to Bethel Church in Dixon.
