Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Helen Elizabeth Rodgers of Dixon, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 100, on May 3, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry W. Hey and Mabelle Hey (Anderson); her husband George M. Rodgers; her son George H. Rodgers; her sister Lenore; and her brother-in-law Arthur Matheson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cassandra Rodgers and Barbara Marco (Steven) of Dixon; her daughter-in-law Denise Rodgers (George) of Oregon; her granddaughters, Rachel Kobus (Jason) of Normal and Lauren Weaver (Jessie) of Oregon; her great grandchild Griffin Kobus; her pet Peter; and also Joseph. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for St. Paul Lutheran Church in Dixon and Granny Rose Animal Shelter.
