He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Unger and Joyce Unger (Drynan); and his sister Diane Unger. He is survived by: his siblings, John Hippert (Kathy), Maggie Godman (Rick) and Mardel Rick (Gene); and his close friend Bill Bryan (Thelma). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dixon VFW Post 540 (1560 IL-38, Dixon, IL 61021). A prayer will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
