He was predeceased by: his father Charles Berkeley. He is survived by: his mother Betty Berkeley (Roberts) of Dixon; his wife Lona Berkeley of Dixon; his children, Sheri Berkeley of Fairfax, VA and Charles Berkeley of Dixon; and his siblings, Charles Berkeley and Karen Henkel of Sublette. He is also survived by two nephews and one niece.
