He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Meyer and Florence Meyer (Thomas); and his sisters, Jeanette Carter and Elyda Mattern. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Meyer of Peoria, Daniel Meyer (Elaine) of Rockton and Thomas Meyer (Laurie) of Dixon; and his grandchildren, Andrew Meyer, Christopher Meyer, Benjamin Meyer, Heather Cavanaugh, Rebecca Meyer, Rachel Hintzman and Elizabeth Meyer. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to Heritage Square in Dixon.
