She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Beauchamp Sr. and Virginia Beauchamp (Wilburn); her husband Denis Bouchard; and her brother Charles Beauchamp. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Adcock (Tobby) and Justin Jusufi; her grandchildren, Tyler Adcock, Aleksander Jusufi and Sophia Jusufi; her brother Mike; her grandsons, Curtis Beauchamp and Ralph Beauchamp; and her sister Sherry Gurley (Ron). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
