It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Robert Hose of Dixon, Illinois, born in Polo, Illinois, who passed away on February 11, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Hose and Hannah Hose (McCracken); his former wife Lois Grobe; his brother Everett Hose; his son-in-law Bill Seidel; and his brother-in-law Les Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Hose (Wehde); his children, Daniel Hose of Dixon, Millie Hose (Billie) of Oregon, IL, Donna Seidel of Rock Falls, Mark Hose of Rock Falls, Amy Voss (Christopher) of Dixon, Dwayne Schier (Michelle), Lori Steele (Norman) of Mt. Morris and Cindy Rowland of Byron; and his siblings, Richard Hose (Shelby) of Polo, Nora Mitchell of Polo and Judy Henderson (Dave) of Marion, IL.. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
