She is survived by: her former husband Philip Smith; her children, Ron Smith (Amy) of Mount Morris, Diane Driver (Ray) of Independence, MN and Tim Smith (Maria) of Fareham, England; her grandchildren, Samantha Smith, Joshua Smith (Kaylee), Nicholas Smith (Heather), Tabitha Thomas (Jordan), Zachary Smith (Sammantha), Thomas Driver (Rachel), Katie Driver, Janie Scheffer (Jordan), Alyssa Smith and Eleott Smith; her great grandchildren, Ainsley Thomas, Riley Scheffer, Adley Smith, Beau Scheffer, Hank Scheffer and Landon Smith; her child Pat Blackburn; her grandchild Jamie Johnston (David); her children, Pam Miskawitz (Rod), Jarett, Ryan Miskawitz and Paula Eberspacher (Chuck); her grandchildren, Charlie (Emily) and Jacob Eberspacher; and also, Callan and Declan Blackburn.
