He was predeceased by: his wife Julie Bolin (Bushman). He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Bolin (Donna Beard) and Deb Aurand (Dunn); his children, Trevor and Torrie Bolin; and his sisters, Toni Carroll (Randy) and Christine Gaskill (John). He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
