She was predeceased by: her parents, William Case and Maxine Case (Raines); her grandparents, Viola Jaggers Sowell, Arthur Sowell and Clifton Burton Case; her sister Valerie Case; and her uncle Murray Sowell.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Thompson of Dixon Springs; her daughters, Heather Gray (Levi) of Dixon Springs, Melissa Thurman (Paul) of Paducah, KY and Jenny Shell (Jeremy) of West Paducah, KY; her grandchildren, Michael Grey Edwards, Sara Edwards, Rebecca Edwards, Rachel Edwards, Caleb Thurman, Audrey Thurman, Abigail Thurman, Hunter Moore (Jazlin), Damein Smith, Nicholas Shell, Emily Shell, Addison Shell, Madison Barfield and McKynlee Feazel; her great grandchild Jessilynn Cunningham; her siblings, William Case and Francis Lawrence; and her aunt Brenda Sowell. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews, and many other friends and family.
