He was predeceased by: his father Philip S. Osborn (Dean). He is survived by: his mother Barbara R. Osborn; his wife Ann (McKeown); his brothers, Paul (Linda) of Sterling and David of Sterling; his stepchildren, Lucas (Michelle) and Alicia Pauley (Marty); his stepgrandchildren, Olivia and Nolan; his aunt Greta Gay Kumlander; and his uncle Rudy Reed. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family asks that memorials in Dan's name be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Sauk Valley Community College Foundation Impact Program.
