We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2021, at the age of 55, Cindy Louise Elefante of Dixon, Illinois, born in Santa Barbara, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tully and Janet Tully (Valente); her husband Alvin Elefante; and her great-niece Kassandra Louise Sainz. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Phillips (Joe), Wesley Elefante (Elizabeth) and Brandon Elefante; her grandchildren, Leslie Pettorini, Emily Pettorini, Hailey Phillips, Skye Cantu and Julia Cantu; and her siblings, James Tully (Thu) of Qatar and Sandy Appling (Perry) of Oxnard, CA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and her beloved animals.
