He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cook and Ethel Cook; his wife Barbara Moroney; and his grandson Michael Roy Cook. He is survived by: his children, Mark Cook (Kathie) of Antioch, Charles R. Cook (Elizabeth) of Dixon, Melissa Spahn (Stephen Keef) of Dixon, Karen Bron (Robert) of Wauconda and Cheryl Zielke (Michael) of Marengo; his grandchildren, Abby DeMay (Eric), Kade Cook, Melanie Zielke (Michael), Nicholas Zielke, Kevin Bron (Kellie) and William Bron; and his sister Janet Mack.
