She was predeceased by: her parents, James Riggs and Myrtle Riggs (Spencer); her husband Robert L. Smith "Smitty"; her daughter Mary O'brien (Derrick); her brother Gerald Riggs; her granddaughter Jamie Lynn Mills; her stepson David L. Smith; and her nephew James Riggs.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Sandrock (Lee) of Sterling, IL and Peter Smith (Kayla) of Wisconsin; her son-in-law Bradley Adams (Missy) of Morrison; her stepchildren, Tammy Smith (Albertson) of Missouri, Robert Smith (Traci) and Daniel Smith (Lara) of Texas; her brothers, Richard Riggs (Emma) of Texas and Robert Riggs (Rhonda) of Wisconsin; and her grandchildren, Billy R. Mills (Lynn), Alan L. Sandrock, Felecia Fisher (Vince), Arabella Adams, Evangelina Adams, Arianna Adams, Ian Adams, Kyler Adams, Jaidyn Smith and Kaidyn Smith. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; six nieces and nephews.
