He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Piper and Luella Piper; his significant other Joyce Ann (Prather); and his children, Andrew (Robin), Mark (Marsha) and Melanie (Odivaldo). He was also cherished by his loving wife, 3 children, 9 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the Piper family asks that donations be made to a memorial in Bill's honor.
