She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Fordham, and Eleanor Fordham, Sr. (Rex); and her brothers, Richard and Robert Fordham. She is survived by: her children, Sandra DeJesus and Timothy Quaco (Brenda) of Dixon; and her grandchildren, Josh Mattson, Christine Tornow, Kelsey Quaco, Rachel Quaco and Emily Quaco. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
