It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betsy Lou Tatum of Dixon, Illinois, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her son John Jr.; her husband John Tatum; her sister Polly Ann Robins; her daughter Stacy; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Eric and Alyssa.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to two causes that were important to her, the Houston Humane Society or the Fort Bend Women's Center.
