He was predeceased by: his father Isaac Mercer, Sr.; and his brother Lonnie Mercer. He is survived by: his mother Earline Mercer, Sr. (Kinney); his daughters, Natasha Mercer and Candice Latour (James); his siblings, Joyce Bowden, Conda Taylor, Steve Mercer and Michael Mercer (Janice); and his close friend Lisa Nelson. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and extended family and friends.
