We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2025, at the age of 65, Alcie Lillian Daniels of Dixon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Alcie Lillian may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Daniels and Geraldine Daniels (Edison); and her significant other Jack Fane. She is survived by: her sons, John Fane (Lauren Schwab) of Chicago, IL and Matthew Fane of Lakewood, CO..
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Preston-Schilling Funeral Home, Ltd. (213 Crawford Ave, Dixon, IL 61021). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (416 S Dement Ave, Dixon, IL 61021).
