She is survived by: her children, John Oliver (Christy White) of Mount Vernon, Timothy Oliver of Mount Vernon, Jason Oliver of Dix, Illinois, Susan Varney of Dix, Brenda Vinson (Dusty Gowler) of Texico, Vickie Hemmer (Owen) of Mount Vernon and Kimberly Karch (Jasyn Alois) of Ina, Illinois; her siblings, Joseph Chapman (Judy), Louis Chapman (Windy), Paul Chapman (Debbie), Florella Rexroad (David) and Beatrice Scott (George); and her pet Peanut. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Rose's honor to the American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association.
