She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Willard and Fern Mathus (Weatherford); her husband William A. Smith; her children, James A. Smith and Pamela S. McBride; her great grandchild Liam Smith; and her brothers, Leroy Mathus and Curtis Mathus.
She is survived by: her sons, William D. Smith (Diane) of Dix, Rick Smith of Mt. Vernon, Larry Smith of Dix, Mike Smith (Cathy) and Terry Smith of Dix; and her sister Margaret Williamson. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
