David Arthur Mooney Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2023, at the age of 69, David Arthur Mooney of Dix, Illinois, born in Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Mooney and Leona Mooney (Keen); and his brother-in-law Bill Spencer. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Mooney of Mt. Vernon and Brad Mooney (Christina Cole) of Dix; his grandsons, Garrett Mooney and Jackson Mooney; his siblings, Bill Mooney (Gayla) of Centralia, Dwight Mooney (Mary) of Dix, Charles Mooney (Bobbi) of Georgetown, Texas, Loretta Joyce Spencer of Newburg and Barbara Atchison (Bradley) of Dix; and his close friend Cynthia Mooney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
