He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Merrill and Florence Evelyn Duncan (Whitlock). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Joan Duncan of Dix; his children, Lincoln Duncan of Dix, Kimberly Duncan of Mt. Vernon and Whitman Duncan of Dix; his grandchildren, Ryan Duncan, Savannah McCall, Lauren Duncan, Alexis Duncan-O'Leary, Ethan Duncan, Remington Duncan, Winston Jones, Miriam Duncan-Owens and Zavion Duncan; and his sister Merrilyn Brookman (Jerry) of Wayne City. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
