With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stanley L. Butzow of Divernon, Illinois, born in Wellington, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 9, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Stanley leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Stanley may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis G. Butzow and Vera A. McCray Butzow; his brother Ross; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Butzow. He is survived by: his wife Sallee Butzow of Divernon; his brothers, Ralph L. Butzow of Wellington and Norman G. Butzow (Lois) of Milford; and his sister-in-law Joann Butzow of Wellington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
