It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Duffey (Divernon, Illinois), born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on April 1, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Duffey and Irene Duffey; and his siblings, Edward Duffey of Fairdealing, MO, Patrick Duffey of Springfield, IL and Lena May.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bates; his siblings, Richard Duffey of Divernon, IL, Norma Jean Conaway of Springfield, IL, Melinda McCulloch (Doug) of Sequin, TX and James Bolin of Springfield, IL.; and his children, Paul "Timmy" Matthew Duffey II of Riverton, IL, Roy Curtis Duffey (Lisa) of Springfield, IL, Trinity Lynn Flowers (Robert) of Virden, IL, Ben Patrick Duffey (Penny) of Riverton, IL and David Lee Duffey (Christina) of Springfield, IL.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
