He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Welsh and Georgie Whitaker Welsh; his spouse Ellene Visser; his son Larry; his sister Jane Clevenger; his son Barry Welsh (Lisa); his grandchildren, Kristin Harris (Jordon), Breanne Liss (Colin), Karley Winters (Jimmy) and Hailey Welsh; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Brynley, Gentry and Braylynn; his siblings, Etta Horn, Jack Welsh (Sandy) and Mike Welsh (Sue); his brother-in-law Joe Clevenger; and his daughter-in-law Loretta Welsh. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
