We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2020 we had to say goodbye to William Schwengel of Dieterich, Illinois, born in Shumway, Illinois. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of William Schwengel to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery C. Schwengel and Velma V. Schwengel (Jacobs); his sister Judy Davis; his brothers-in-law, Marvin Davis and Billy Wagoner; and his cousin Dean Mills.

He is survived by: his wife Avanell Schwengel of Dieterich, Illinois; his sons, Charles Schwengel, Wyatt Schwengel (Michelle) and Travis Schwengel (Amy); his sisters-in-law, Patsy Hebron (Larry) and Glenda Stock (Alan); and his grandchildren, Hailey Depoister (Sean Alexander), Whitley, Casandra Schwengel, Caleb Schwengel, Waylon and Joshua Schwengel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 concerns, if attending the private service, it is required to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.

Memorials may go to Bethsaida Congregational Christian Church, Bethsaida Cemetery, or the donor's choice.
