She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew Earl and Amelia Lewis (Gerth); her husband Floyd Barlow; her daughters, Cathy Bierman of Newton, Illinois, Cindy Overbeck (Mike) of Teutopolis, Illinois, Susie James (Jesse) of Newton, Illinois, Sharon Kemme (John) of Casey and Lisa Pruemer (Kevin) of Dieterich, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Zak Bierman, Kurt Bierman, Angie Goebel, Scott Bierman, Jared Bierman, Doug Bierman, Staci Bierman, Heather Case, Chris James, Jodi Mulvey, Casey James, Nathan Barlow, Tara Probst, Riley Pruemer and Jadyn Pruemer; her sisters, Mildred Bonnell and Marie Meyer Proceeding; and her granddaughter Maggie Goebel.
In loving memory of Lucy, memorials may be made to Dieterich Christian Church.
