He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Niemerg and Marie Niemerg (Repking); his former wife Nancy G. Lange; his children, Henry Alphonse and Mary Katherine; and his siblings, Paul Niemerg and Joan (Girard Annino).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Glassford of Hot Springs, AR; his children, Katie Waldhoff (Roger) of Bishop Creek, Bob (Cindy) of Bishop Creek, Joe (Rosemary) of Bishop Creek, John of Bishop Creek, Phil (Stephanie) of Bishop Creek, Ray (Chandra) of Bishop Creek and Jim (Joann) of Rockford; his siblings, Wilma Niemerg of Skokie and Donald (Carolyn) of Arlington Heights; and his sister-in-law Jeanine Kurtyka (Marty) of Hagerstown, MD.. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to Community Support Systems or to the charity of the donor's choice.
