He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Mundt and Clara Mundt (Miller); his wife Geraldine Mellendorf (Jeri); his son Bruce; his sister Verda Mae Schottman (Krabbe); and his cousin Lowell Miller.
He is survived by: his children, EJ Water, Brenda Mundt of Effingham, Kevin Mundt (Dave Thomas) of California, Jae Mundt of Colorado, Donna Mundt of Dieterich and Sharon Harn (Dan) of Alabama; his sisters, Lorene Thoele of Teutopolis and Irma Horn of Dieterich; and his sisters-in-law, Natalie Mellendorf of Wisconsin, Verda Mellendorf of Louisville, Bonnie Mellendorf of Dieterich and Audrey Garbe of Effingham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
