With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Burl Wayne Griffith of Dieterich, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on March 31, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Dale and Lorene Griffith (Hardin); his son Trent Wayne Griffith; his sister Betty Dale Klein; his brother-in-law Rocky Bloemker; and his nephew Brandon Weiffenbach.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Griffith; and his children, Ty Griffith (Bri), Charlotte and Sutton of Effingham, Illinois..
In loving memory of Burl, memorials may be made to the Griffith Family, to establish a scholarship with the Dieterich School.
