She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Janes and Elizabeth Janes (Rosenberger); and her husband Carl B. Reeder August. She is survived by: her sons, Galen Lee Reeder of Nashville, TN and Albert Lee Reeder; and her sister-in-law Mary Kate "Katie" Fraley of Taylorville, IL. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
