He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Edgar Casey and Cholie Casey (Messamore); his wife Kathleen Yearian; and his siblings, Clifton Dale Casey and Jewel Goldsmith.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Ray Casey of DeSoto, Deborah Kay Mayer (Robert L. Mayer) of Makanda, Iris Rena Speith (James R. Speith) of Makanda and James Patrick Casey (Jeannie Casey) of DeSoto. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
