It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Ray Nunnery of DeSoto, Illinois, born in Ridgely, Tennessee, who passed away on March 13, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Nunnery and Willimane Nunnery (Saulsberry); and his sister Wanda Laskowski. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Nunnery; his children, Tabitha Merrell (Bill), Melina Howard (Scott Henson), Stacy Mewes (Jack Armstrong), Chrissy Buie (Anthony), Kenneth Reynolds (Jaime) and Allen Blaine Nunnery; his stepchildren, Kim Whyde and Brian Leonard; and his sisters, Mae Payne (John) and Trish Ellis (Steve). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
