She was predeceased by: her parents, George Halas and Min Halas (Bushing); her husband Edward McCaskey; her sons, Michael McCaskey and Tim McCaskey; and her brother George Halas Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Ellie Tonquest (Barney), Patrick McCaskey (Gretchen), Mary McCaskey, Edward Jr. McCaskey (Kathy), Anne Catron (Mike), George McCaskey (Barbara), Richard McCaskey, Brian McCaskey (Barbara) and Joseph McCaskey.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:15 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Emily Catholic Church (1400 E Central Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056).
