We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Vernon Bush of Des Plaines, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Vernon farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Vernon is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Bush; his son Mark Bush; his brother Steven Bush (Barbara); and his parents, Steven Bush and Bernice Bush.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Melissa Nielson (Curtis) and Jeffrey Bush; and his great grandchildren, Jayme and Chevy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Becket Church (1321 N Burning Bush Ln, Mt Prospect, IL 60056). A Mass was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Please omit flowers, memorials in Vern's name to the Des Plaines Carmelite Monastery, 949 North River Road, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016, would be appreciated.
