She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Masterson and Mary Masterson; her husband Gerald W. "Mike" Butler; and her sisters, Maureen Bowling (Charles) and Priscilla McGaughan (Thomas).

She is survived by: her nieces, Sharon Stoddard (James) and Bernadette Hoey; and her nephew Charles Bowling (Stavroula).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Oehler Funeral Home (2099 Miner St, Des Plaines, IL 60016). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen Protomartyr Catholic Church (1280 Prospect Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60018).
