We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2024, at the age of 78, Raymond A. Kozlowski Jr. (Des Plaines, Illinois), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Raymond A. Kozlowski Sr.; and his brother Walter (Vicki). He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Debra (Gregory) and Cheryl; his grandchildren, Brady and Morgan; and his siblings, Steven (Annette) and Mary. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ray's honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
